💫 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once an order has been placed. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All perfume oils are blended in small batches by hand. Slight variations in colour or scent may occur; this is a natural part of the artisanal process and not considered a fault.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Reach out within 7 days of delivery at hello@houseofnarcissus.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
