All orders are prepared and packaged with care from our studio in Western Australia.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. During busier periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Within Australia
House of Narcissus currently ships within Australia only.
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, House of Narcissus is not liable for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
We carefully package every order to help protect it on its journey, but unforeseen issues can occasionally occur.
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us via our Contact page. While we cannot guarantee a replacement in every situation, we will always do our best to help find a solution.
